About Us
We are a not-for-profit social enterprise based in Limerick, dedicated to creating inclusive, meaningful vocational training and employment opportunities for adults with intellectual disabilities. Through our artisan bakery, pop-up café events, market stall, corporate catering services, and our Rising Together training programmes, we provide a supportive, real-world environment where participants can develop practical skills, build confidence, and gain valuable workplace experience.
Our Purpose
Our purpose is to create meaningful, inclusive employment pathways for adults with intellectual disabilities by combining the therapeutic power of baking with structured, skills-focused training.
We believe that every individual has unique strengths and the ability to contribute to society when given the right support. Our programmes combine hands-on baking, cooking, barista training, workplace readiness, and personal development to help participants grow in independence and self-belief. By focusing on ability rather than limitation, we empower individuals to see paid employment as an achievable and rewarding goal. We also place a strong emphasis on supporting the next generation of school leavers, helping them to view part-time paid employment as a realistic and attainable pathway for their future.
