We are dedicated to creating inclusive, meaningful vocational training and employment opportunities for adults with intellectual disabilities.
We are a Work Integration Social Enterprise (WISE) that operates a two-part business model that combines our Employment Readiness Programmes with income-generating social enterprise activities such as pop-up café events, market stalls, lilac hatch and corporate catering services. We offer a supportive, real-world environment where participants can develop practical skills, build confidence, and gain valuable workplace experience.

We believe that every individual has unique strengths and the ability to contribute to society when given the right support. Our programmes combine hands-on baking, cooking, barista training, workplace readiness, and personal development to help participants grow in independence and self-belief. By focusing on ability rather than limitation, we empower individuals to see paid employment as an achievable and rewarding goal. We also place a strong emphasis on supporting the next generation of school leavers, helping them to view part-time paid employment as a realistic and attainable pathway for their future.
