Our purpose is to create meaningful, inclusive employment pathways for adults with intellectual disabilities by combining the therapeutic power of baking with structured, skills-focused training.

We believe every individual deserves the opportunity to contribute, to be valued, and to be included in today’s workforce. Through our baking-based training programmes, workplace readiness coaching, and supported employment pathways, we empower participants to discover their strengths, build confidence, and develop practical skills that lead to real paid employment.
